1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using FusePop (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms are provided by Wilderness Coding LLC ("we," "us," "our," or "Company"). If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on FusePop for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
- Modifying or copying the materials
- Using the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial)
- Attempting to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on FusePop
- Removing any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials, or transferring the materials to another person or "mirroring" the materials on any other server
- Using automated tools, bots, scrapers, or similar mechanisms to access or download content without permission
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users or the Service
- Uploading viruses or any other malicious code
- Circumventing security measures or accessing unauthorized areas of the Service
3. User Content & Intellectual Property
Users may submit, post, or display content on FusePop ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant Wilderness Coding LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, modify, distribute, and display such content in connection with the Service.
You represent and warrant that:
- You own or have the right to share the User Content you submit
- Your User Content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights
- Your User Content does not violate any laws or these Terms, and does not contain defamatory, obscene, or harmful content
FusePop and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio) are owned by Wilderness Coding LLC, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
4. Disclaimers
The materials on FusePop are provided on an "as is" basis. Wilderness Coding LLC makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
5. Limitations of Liability
In no event shall Wilderness Coding LLC or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on FusePop, even if Wilderness Coding LLC or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
6. Accuracy of Materials
The materials appearing on FusePop could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Wilderness Coding LLC does not warrant that any of the materials on the Service are accurate, complete, or current. Wilderness Coding LLC may make changes to the materials contained on the Service at any time without notice.

Wilderness Coding LLC has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Wilderness Coding LLC of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk.
8. Modifications
Wilderness Coding LLC may revise these Terms of Service for the Service at any time without notice. By using the Service, you are agreeing to be bound by the then-current version of these Terms of Service. Changes to these terms are effective immediately.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
